Inspiration for this tasty treat came about when a new favorite protein powder arrived. EVL Stacked Protein in Birthday Cake flavor (this post is not sponsored) is a protein blend that is just awesome for cooking with. The macro-friendly greek yogurt cream cheese was found at Kroger and is their house brand. If you aren’t able to find it, a reduced fat cream cheese will work, but the macros may vary.
This dish takes about 5 minutes to make and is a tasty departure from the usual egg whites and oats. Do yourself a favor: keep the frosting recipe handy! Use it on any of your breakfast favorites (hello, pancakes and waffles) or as a dip for fruit…basically anything you would normally put peanut butter on.
